1. What kind of materials do you work with?
Our objective is to make the most of vintage, unconventional, and upcycled materials whenever possible. In cases where we need new materials, we prioritize natural fibers. Additionally, we adopt a resourceful approach by sourcing vintage buttons, ribbons, and other notions. In fact, the labels on all of our denim products are crafted from vintage canvases and drop cloths.
Our denim pieces are made from selvedge denim from Vidalia Mills, Louisiana.
2. Are all your products made in-house?
Yes, currently, all our products are crafted in our studio located in New Orleans, Louisiana. In addition to designing, cutting, and sewing, we also engage in the natural dyeing of fabrics and yarns. This approach allows us to immerse ourselves fully in the design process. As a result, each piece we release carries its own unique story and character.
3. How long does it take to process an order?
If an item is available for purchase, we usually ship it within one week. For pre-orders, please allow for a processing time of two to three weeks, which may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the level of demand.
4. What are the available methods?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Apple Pay.
5. Do you offer international shipping?Currently, we offer shipping to select countries. If you do not see your country listed, please contact us, and we will arrange a suitable shipping method for your location.
6. Do you cover international duties and taxes?
No, we do not cover international duties. Customers may be subject to import duties or taxes based on their location and the relevant customs regulations.
7. What is your return policy?
Given the unique nature of our pieces, we do not offer returns. We make every effort to provide accurate photos and descriptions to ensure your satisfaction.
8. Do you replace lost or stolen packages?
While we provide tracking for all shipments, we cannot assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your shipment goes missing, please contact us immediately so that we can initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
